Scientific Monologue Sessions: Do you want to know what I investigate? Katherine Gil has been selected as a monologist!

Tuesday, 17 November at 11 am at the Reus Theatre Bartrina during the Science Week 2015

Katherine Gil has been selected to participate in the popular science sessions: Do you want to know what I investigate? 2015 (VSQI? '15)!

The Science Communication Unit of the Rovira i Virgili ComCiència, announces the scientific monologue sessions "Do you want to know what I investigate?" They are aimed at PhD students enrolled at the URV with the aim of presenting their research project or field of knowledge working through an innovative format: monologue scientist.

The call wants to encourage young researchers to disclose the development and results of their work as scientists and society to promote access to research carried at the University using new formats.

"Do you want to know what I investigate?" Aims that participants explain an audience, composed mainly secondary school students, how the research is carried out, briefly, entertaining,  adapting the language to the public and using only personal communication skills, without the support tool for presentations.

This event will take place on Tuesday 17 November at  11 am at the Reus Bartrina Theatre during the Science Week 2015.
