Angela Casanova, a PhD student in MoBioFood research group, participated in the 7th International Conference on Polyphenols and Health (ICPH 2015). She presented her on going research regarding the beneficial effects of a grape seed proanthocyanidin extract on the intestinal wall.
ICPH is a biennial international conference that has been hosted all around the world for more than 10 years. ICPH is the most important international forum to present and discuss the latest trends, topics and developments in the field of polyphenols, food science and health.
